Day 1/ Arrival at Cairo

Visit Grand Egyptian Museum

  • Enjoy a cozy pick-up service at the airport with all the airport procedures facilitated. 
  • Take your air-conditioned seat in the latest vehicle, going ahead to the Grand Egyptian Museum, the home of more than 100,000 artifacts, with the accompaniment of your Egyptologist.

  • Meet at the entrance the colossi of Ramses II. 
  • Wander amid 11 halls that include artifacts, statues, treasures from daily life, and the afterlife beliefs, besides royal items, including the statues of the kings and queens, from prehistory to the new kingdom, crossing through the Old and Middle Kingdom.

Day 2/ Giza Pyramids Plateau Day Tour

Visit Giza Pyramids, Saqqara Complex, and Memphis

  • Savor your tasty breakfast at the hotel, and meet your Egyptologist at the hotel lobby.
  • Visit the first limestone structure built in humanity, the Step Pyramid of Djoser. Have your seat in the air-conditioned vehicle. 

Saqara Pyramid Complex

  • Embark on the Saqqara complex and visit the Unas Pyramid, which includes the first pyramid text in history, up to a third of the Pyramid Texts. 
  • Move to the Idot tomb, which includes drawings representing the daily life of ancient Egypt.
  • Visit the Step Pyramid of Djoser, the first limestone structure in humanity. 
  • You can explore the pyramid from inside and arrive at the southern tomb in the pyramid, meeting the Pharaonic sarcophagus and the basement where the statue of King Djoser was found with two holes in front of the eyes; listen from your Egyptologist to the mysteries about these holes. 
  • Return back to the vehicle with your Egyptologist, going ahead to Memphis. 

Memphis

  • Welcome to the first capital of ancient Egypt, Memphis. 
  • Explore the Alabaster Sphinx, which is well preserved; uncover the secrets behind these statues, and go into the heart of ancient Egypt. 

Giza Pyramids Plateau 

  • Leave the vehicle, going ahead to the booking office and scanning the ticket, arriving at the Pyramid of Cheops; you are in front of the majesty of history.

    • In 30 minutes, your Egyptologist tells you the secrets around building this pyramid and the economic, social, religious, and political implications behind building the pyramid.
    • Take outstanding photos and climb it up in case you want that. Also, there is an opportunity to visit the pyramid from inside for extra fees. 
    • Meet the Pyramids of the Queens beside the great pyramid; they are dedicated to the Mother of Khufu, his wife, and his daughter. If it is not the Friday, you can enter the Pyramid of the Mother from inside. 
    • The Purification Temple is located beside the Pyramids of the Queen; it is where the solemn funeral of the kings was launched after purifying them with the 7 holy oils. 
    • Meet the pits of the Royal Boats and uncover—was it right—the Nile was running here?!
    • Explore the real look of the pyramids in ancient Egypt eras in front of the Pyramid of Khafre!
    • Arrive at the Menkaure Pyramid to uncover the full story that relates the Giza Pyramids with the Osirion group.
    • Explore all about the mysteries of the king's mummification process from where it was running in the Valley Temple

Day 3/Old Cairo Day Tour

Visit The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, Salah El-Din Citadel, and Al-Moez Street and Khan El-Khalili

  • Have your breakfast in the hotel and get ready for the day tour with your Egyptologist, going to Old Cairo.

    The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

    • Wander amid more than 50,000 artifacts.
    • Meet the great kings and queens of ancient Egypt, exploring 22 royal mummies, divided into 18 kings and 4 queens, including Hatshepsut and Seqenenre, Ahmose, Ramesses II, Thutmose I, Thutmose II, Thutmose III.

    Salah El-Din Citadel Visit 

    • By the air-conditioned vehicle, arrive at the highest spot in Cairo; it is the Salah El-Din Citadel. 
    • It was the royal throne seat for 600 years. 
    • Visit the Mohamed Ali Mosque and meet the French clock at the open court; let your Egyptologist narrate the story of this clock.
    • Outstanding photos are waiting for you at the Panorama of Saladin Citadel, where you can see the whole of Cairo, including the Giza Pyramids. 

    Taste one of the most delicious local Egyptian dishes at Studio Masri Restaurant in the serene Al-Azhar Park.

    Al-Moez Street and Khan El-Khalili

    • Cross through one of the Old Cairo Gates, called the El-Ftouh Gate.
    • Arrive at the oldest minaret found in Egypt in the Al-Hakim Mosque. 
    • Uncover El Sabiel and visit the integrated Qalawun group that includes Bayramistan and Sultan Inal Bath! It is an opportunity to go into the heart of the vibrant details of the Fatimid and Mamluk eras.

Day 4/Arrival at Aswan

Visit Aswan High Dam and Philae Temple

Early departure from the hotel after the check-in, going to the Cairo Airport for a domestic flight to Aswan

Your Egyptologist accompanies you in the air-conditioned vehicle, driven, going ahead to the Aswan High Dam. 

Aswan High Dam; 

It is a visit to one of the miracles of the twentieth century, the dam, and the largest artificial lake in the world, Lake Nasser.

Philae Temple; 

  • Explore the mysteries around Isis in this temple that is considered the jewel of ancient Egypt’s temples. 
  • Meet the majestic monuments here, arriving at the last hieroglyphic text found in Egypt dating back to 394 BC and the last demotic text also dating back to 452 BC.
  • Explore Trajan's booth, which was the only place in ancient Egypt that had a wooden roof, and its columns have the best-ever capitals; it was the entrance of the temple. 
  • Meet the temple Mamisi, which includes 7 columns with capitals of goddess Hathor's face; each capital represents Hathor with a different reaction; these reactions are beliefs related to the newborn; explore these beliefs that the Egyptians still keep today!

Day 5/Abu Simbel Day Tour

Visit Ramses II Temple & Nefertari Temple

Relish your breakfast meal on the cruise deck, and with the accompaniment of your Egyptologist, arrive at Abu Simbel Temples (optional tour).

Abu Simbel Day Tour 

  • Meet those giant statues of Ramses that represent this great king in various ages from youth to infirmity.
  • Meet Ramses II when he was enthroned as a god among the giant statues and vibrant exclusive inscriptions inside the temple after you cross between the feet of the  four colossi on the facade.
  • You are in the heart of one of the pharaonic architectural marvels.

    • Leave the majesty of Ramses II's temple after knowing the secrets of the phenomenon of sun perpendicularity. Ramses II had taken a promise from the sun; how?
    • Go ahead to Nefertari Temple. 
    • Both temples were carved in the heart of a mountain; see, for the first time, the Queen statue takes the same measurements as the King’s statue. Explore why.


    Return back to the cruise for lunch and a relaxing sailing to Kom Ombo.

Day 6/Edfu Day Tour

Visit Edfu Temple

Savor a tasty breakfast meal with the fresh atmosphere of the Nile.

  • With the accompanying Egyptologist, experience a horse carriage, going ahead to Edfu Temple.
  • Visit this most well-preserved temple with vibrant inscriptions and statues.
  • Wander amid the second largest temple after Karnak Temple, where you feel as if you are in a time gap and the ancient Egyptians are alive.

Day 7/Luxor Day Tour

Visit the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, and Karnak Temple

Enjoy your breakfast on the cruise deck. It is a unique day trip that takes you to Thebes, which was the capital of ancient Egypt.

Embark to Hatshepsut Temple 

  • Meet this pharaonic architectural miracle, with an outstanding facade carved in the mountain into three terraces.
  • Meet this lady that ruled ancient Egypt for the first time, Hatshepsut Temple.
  • Uncover each detail of this era, including the right of Hatshepsut to assume the throne. Uncover the full reality.

Meet the Colossi of Memnon 

  • Arrive at those two second-largest figures in ancient Egypt, with 16 meters as height and 600 tons as a weight, representing Amenhotep III.

Arrive at the largest temple in ancient Egypt, Karnak Temple;
