On the first floor, you'll see the treasures of King Tutankhamun, including his golden mask, made of 10.3 kilograms of pure gold. Your guide will bring the museum to life with stories and insights about the highlights of this incredible collection.

The Pyramids of Giza:
Explore the Majestic Pyramids of Giza Next, you'll visit the Pyramids of Giza, the oldest and largest of the pyramids, and the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World that still stands today. You'll have two hours to admire the grandeur of the Great Pyramid of Cheops, which covers more than 13 acres and is 146 meters high. Made of normal limestone, fine white limestone, and granite, the pyramid consists of over 2.3 million blocks of stone, weighing between 2.5 and 15 tons. Your guide will explain how they were cut, transported, and assembled on the site. You'll also have the chance to enter one of the smaller pyramids beside the great one, the Queen's Pyramid, for free. From the panoramic view, you'll have the opportunity to see all of the pyramids lined up, making it a perfect photo opportunity, especially on camels with the pyramids in the background.
Admire the Sphinx and the Valley Temple Your final stop at the Giza Plateau will be at the great Sphinx, one of the world's largest monuments. Measuring 73 meters long and 20 meters high, this statue of a human head and lion body is carved from a single piece of stone and is believed to represent King Kharfe. You'll also visit the Valley Temple, where a diorite statue of King Khafre was found, and learn about the broken nose, dream stele, and Tuthmosis IV from your guide. Be sure to take photos before departing.
Return to Hurghada with a Break At the end of your tour, your driver will take you back to your hotel in Hurghada, with a 15-minute break in the middle of the journey for a rest break or a drink.
